Dear EMGS officer
There is news released from the Malaysian government this evening
Students are welcome Malaysia is allowing foreign students back to resume their studies, but they need to put in their applications beforehand and their universities must be open. These students also need to be patient as their applications may be approved in batches to stagger entry can you explain more please

  Except 23 countries which h was banned all the other countries new application will be accepted
