Dear EMGS,
please, I like to confirm the next steps to take. I’m a newly admitted student for PhD program but my eVAL is expiring on 17th of this month.
Also, is their any development about the resumption for new students.
I also like to find out about dependants. I need my wife to join me after a while, are dependants allowed to attend schools. I need her to do her masters degree if we are able to get a suitable supervisor for her after a while.

  Hi Ayo,
  
  1. At the present moment, the Immigration Department is yet to confirm the process for students whose VALs expire during the travel ban. We will send out a bulletin once we have an update.
  2. We are yet to receive an update from the Immigration Department with regard to the entry for new international students.
  3. Your wife is required to apply for a Student Pass in order to study in Malaysia, as she cannot study on a Dependent Pass.
