My name is masar from Iraq and wait my val from February until now. I’m take only the agreement for stady in upm University on the internet please dear which time finish my val to registration in upm University

  The Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to new international students. We are currently waiting for confirmation from the Immigration Department with regard to the issuance of VALs to new students. Your application will be processed further once the Immigration Department has resumed the process of issuing VALs to new students. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
