Dear Altruists, I made my emgs fee payment on 23 August in the UPM suggested bank account. Then I sent the authority the payment slip. Still I did not hear a reply from them. My current application status is ‘pending payment by institution’. On the other hand, my semester starts on coming October. If they delay, what should I do?If I cannot come within the stipulated time, how will I register?

  Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your application.
  
  You can refer to your institution with regard to your registration.
