Dear Concerned, This is Mohammad Al Wali, an PhD applicant from Bangladesh. I applied for eVAL on July 13, 2020. In the time of submission, for the payment of eVAL fee, I chose ‘payment through institution’ option. But, unfortunately I did not get any message or email from Universiti Putra Malaysia about where and how I have to pay it. I have emailed to concerned persons who are assigned to tackle VAL related issues but didn’t get any feedback yet.My eVAL application number is E#########. My passport number is BP 0705158. In this case I request you to contact UPM authority and solve the issue.If my this eVAL request is cancelled, I will reapply and pay directly to EMGS using a credit card.My semester starts from October. I have to reach in UPM within October 5-16 for registration. So, you can say that I don’t have much time in hand. After getting eVAL, I have to apply for visa and, to do that, I have to purchase air ticket. Finally, I request you again to treat the matter cordially. Thank you.
