Hi Bibi,
Kindly confirm which institution you are transferring from and the one you are transferring to. Please be informed that we are unable to provide you with an exact time-frame for the completion of the travel authorization application process, as there are multiple levels of processing involved to approve the travel request by students. The decision to issue the travel approval letter is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I will be transferring Miu(Private university) to UTM(Govt. University) soon .
@bibizainab Since you are transferring from a private to a public institution, you can be in Malaysia during the processing of the application. However, if the Immigration Department requests an exit stamp, you will be required to exit Malaysia.
