Who can apply Travel Authorization ?
Is it allow only those who got eVAL or everyone?

  Hi Muhammed Haji,
  
  Only existing international students who have valid Student Passes or Student Passe that expired from the 1st of February 2020 are eligible to apply for the travel authorization, if they are outside Malaysia.
