I think it will available to download tomorrow or maybe take few more days coz rest 30% is for entry permit

Btw what exactly did you ask from your university because the uni’s are not gonna do anything because we have mandatory government hotel quarantine arranged by the government.
We directly cannot contact EMGS to arrange our quarantine, Our University is responsible to gives us proper guidance pre arrival.
