Hi, I am an international student and living out of Malaysia. I need to reconfirm what I have understood so far from the information from different sources:
1. Can dependent (children) travel along after the student gets travel authorization?
2. 14 days quarantine still is compulsory? If yes, any flexbility plans in the near futher?
3. Any alternative for student pass renewal if travelling is not possible for any reason? ( say non-approval, cost to quarantine, dependents etc.)
Kindly guide to make the decision easy.

  Hi Sadia,
  
  1. Dependents are not allowed entry into Malaysia until further notice.
  2. The 14 days quarantine is mandatory. We are unable to advise if there will be any changes with regard to this as the decisions is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian Government.
  3. All international students enrolled to study in Malaysia are required to be holding a Student Pass. As such, you are still required to renew the Student Pass. If you are unable to travel to renew the pass, you need to liaise directly with your institution.
