Dear EMGS officer, i hope you are doing very well. I let to know that, when will Issuance of VAL start, because you have mentioned that VAL issuance process will start from 1st of August. Eid ul Azha holidays will start from 1st of august to 3rd of august so EMGS start process of issuance of VAL from 1st or 3rd of August? Thank you.

  Hi Bilal,
  
  The Immigration Department will resume the process of issuing VALs for new students on the 1st of August. However, the decision is solely at their discretion.
