Hello EMGS officer, hope you are doing well.
I graduated on last February, at the end of February to be accurate. But unfortunately i didn’t have enough time to do clearance and get my certificate because the airport was about to close. My visa finished on 28/2/2020, so is their any way that i can apply for entry visa to do clearance and to get my certificate?

  Since you already completed your studies you are not eligible to return as a student. You are required to proceed to enter Malaysia on a Social Visa. However, at present, Social Visa holders are not allowed entry into Malaysia. Once Social Visa holders are allowed entry into Malaysia, you are required to refer to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country for the visa application procedures.
