Good Afternoon EMGS officer,
Hope you’re doing well. My progress is stuck and was hold on 80% after 14 working days. My institution has submitted the require documents but it’s still stuck on 80% in green zone. Can you please let me know when I can have my passport back. Thank You.!!

  Hi Awais,
  
  As per checking, your passport is still pending with the Immigration Department for the endorsement of your Student Pass.
  
  Kindly note that we will look into this matter closely. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise when the process will completed as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    Hi EMGS Officer,
    My progress status has changed to 55% it was 80% please have a look I request to expedite my process to return my passport as soon as possible it will be appreciated. Hope you understand. Thank You.!!
