Hello EMGS officers,

Hope this finds you well.

This is regarding the travel authorization.

Just wanted to clarfiy that if the approval doesn’t arrive in time can we extend our flight date. As im concerned that due to eid holidays and weekends in between the approval might not arrive in time as my flight is booked for 8th August 2020.

Or if there is a need to change my flight the EMGS is going to notify me via email as the confirmation email suggests that if any corrections are required the EMGS is going to inform us via email.

Also the approval must come in time and only after that I can get my covid test done as well 3 days prior to my departure.

Kindly please clarify.
