Dear Officer, My passport was given on 1st of July for renewal and my EMGS shows the percentage at 80% for quite a while and my current visa is already expired. How long would it take to complete the application?

Please be informed that the process will normally take approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
