Dear EMGS respected staff,
My name is Fuad Muheeb Fu’ad Sawaked holding passport no. P016995 from Jordan, I’m a student in UCSI University currently in Malaysia, i just read a post saying that immigration department is not issuing VAL for international students outside Malaysia, I’m in Malaysia and never left Malaysia and my visa percentage is stuck at 32% for a month or more now, why can’t i get my VAL till now, my foundation visa that i extended for 2 months will end at the 23rd of July why would it take that long?! I wasn’t expecting to apply for a special pass because I’ll receive my VAL since I’m in Malaysia, i never left Malaysia before the MCO and during the MCO. Please keep an attention on my application and let me receive my VAL already please. Thank you and best regards.

  Please be informed that the Immigration Department is not approving any Visa Approval Letter until further notice. Therefore, we have issued an EMGS approval letter for you to attend online classes. The EMGS approval letter can be downloaded via our website at https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/.
