Hi EMGS !
I just got an email from my institution that international students can travel back to continue their studies and that campus will reopen from October , however , certain students have to go to campus in August including me.
They asked us to register to emgs to provide us with documents to travel .
Can you give more clarification upon this matter.

  We are in the midst of clarifying the entry procedures with the relevant Government agencies. We will update institutions and students once we have received more information.
