Hello,
I am helal mahdi and this is my passport number: 06316805
I submitted my application for renew before two weeks and it was online in 20 percent and green colour but now it became yellow and they required certificate from my institution IELTS

I have not this certificate with me because I already submitted it to my institution before two years.

Note: this is the last renewal for my application.

  Please be informed that the English competency results are required in order to process your Student Pass renewal application further. Kindly liaise with your institution directly and request that they submit the results at their earliest convenience.

  Thank you for your respond,
  
  I have submitted my certificate last renewal to my institution and now I am trying with them to get back the copy and submit to EMGS because I do not have any more copy of my IELTS certificate.
