Sir/madam
May i know when will immigration start issuing VAL for international students? It’s been 3 months stuck at 35% and government already announced that international students may return to Malaysia and institution will be open for f2f classes from July. Please clarify for students going through much frustration regarding this matter.

  We are unable to confirm when the VAL issuance process will resume as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. While we understand your concern, we advise that you allow the Immigration Department and the relevant Government authorities time to confirm the procedures and SOPs. Rest assured that we will notify institutions and students once we have received more information.
