At present, we are yet to receive confirmation as to whether foreigners holding Tourist/Visit visa are allowed entry into Malaysia. We advise that you wait until we receive confirmation and send out a notification to institutions and students regarding the entry procedure. You can only apply for the Dependent Pass after your dependent (either spouse, kid(s), or parent(s)) has arrived in Malaysia.
