Hello EMGS,
My Eval has been on 32% since 30/4/2020.What could be the reason?My offer letter wiłl be invalid by July 4,2020.

  Hi Moses,
  
  The percentage indicates that your application is ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, the application will remain at this stage as the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to international students outside Malaysia. The application status will be updated once the Immigration Department resumes the process of issuing VALs.
