Hi EMGS Team,

hope you’re doing well and safe,

did EMGS start collecting new applications that were pending at institutions during MCO period.

  Hi Yaser,
  
  We are processing all application types. However, for new applications, the Immigration Department is not issuing visa approval letters (VAL). As such, the applications will only be processed until the stage where they are ready for submission to the Immigration Department (32%). We will submit the applications to the Immigration Department when they resume the process of issuing VALs. The approval to issue the VALs is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
