Dear EMGS officer, i hope you are doing very well. Actually, UTP informs to students that May intake postgratuate students return to campus early July. EMGS is not issuing VAL and on the other hand, UTP is calling students to come early july. How will it be possible? Because UTP is conducting the classes for Postgraduate students in campus. So is it possible EMGS will start to issue VALs to MASTERS students shortly?

  The Immigration Department is currently not issuing visa approval letters (VAL) to students who are outside Malaysia. We advise that you seek further assistance from your institution with regard to your intake.

  anyways if u received Val u can’t enter Malaysia
