Dear EMGS,
My application has been stuck in 32 percent for over a month and i am still confused when the procedure is gonna complete. As per i have read hear people have usually gotten it in 15 days or so and i still havent notidied if there is any specific issue with my visa application.

  Honestly the system is too slowly

  The percentage indicates that your application is ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing visa approval letters (VALs) to students who are outside Malaysia. Your application will be processed further once the Immigration Department resumes the process of issuing VALs.
