Greetings,
I like to registration and pay the fees for 1st semester at UNITEN university, but my VAL already expired on 5 Feb 2020, because my country make blocked down to travel.
Please, how we can solve this problem? can we extend the VAL? because the registration will be close soon at university

  Hi Maysara,
  
  Based on our records your VAL expired prior to the movement control order (MCO) in Malaysia. The current procedure is that EMGS will provide all the assistance required to international students whose eVALs expire during the MCO/travel ban period. Since your VAL expired before the MCO period, we advise that you refer to your institution. Kindly note that the approval to extend the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
