We are unable to confirm if the VAL will be approved or rejected, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Although I got EMGS approval Letter, may I face any problem in future?
@m_40 The EMGS Approval Letter is an assurance that EMGS has vetted the application, and that you have met the minimum academic requirements needed to pursue your intended course. Kindly note that the EMGS approval letter does not replace the VAL. You are still required to obtain the VAL. The EMGS approval letter is not a guarantee that your VAL will be issued by the Immigration Department. The approval remains solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
