I got my VAL approval letter, and I want to cancel the VAL for changing to another institution, what are the procedure for that?

  Hi Ismailjamiu,
  
  You are required to obtain an offer from the new institution first. Upon receipt of the offer letter, the current institution is required to submit an application for the cancellation of your VAL. Once the VAL has been cancelled, the new institution will proceed to submit your new VAL application. The approval to issue you with the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
