Kindly note that the Immigration Department is requesting the following documents for your dependents’ applications:
1. A confirmation letter pertaining to the account holder details and current balance that is duly signed and stamped by a bank official
2. Your latest bank statement, that is duly signed and stamped by a bank official. Kindly ensure there is a sufficient amount of minimum RM5,000 in the bank account and the transaction with a current balance is displayed on the statement
3. New insurance cover notes – one application has a cover note which belongs to someone else, and the other has a cover note with a validity which is until January 2021 whilst your pass is valid until May 2021

Please note that the Immigration Department requests both the bank statement and confirmation letter. At present, the passports are ready for collection without the dependent passes. Your institution is required to collect the passports and resubmit them along with the complete required documents. We advise that you liaise with your institution for further assistance.
