I am from Bangladesh. I wanted to know a piece of information that in 2017 I went to Malaysia on a student visa where I could not continue my studies. I go back to my country in a month and I can’t go Malaysia because of some problem when I come home I had an accident. My college was Flamingo International College and I had my degree for three years but I don’t continue my studies there but now I want to continue my studies in 2020. My visa has expired. What can I do now?

  Based on the information you provided, we believe that your visa expired for more than 3 months whilst in your home country. In order to further your studies in Malaysia, you are required to apply for a new visa approval letter (VAL). Kindly note that you need to obtain an offer letter from an institution in Malaysia, prior to the submission of your application. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
