Hello EMGS,

I have applied for eval and its 32 percent completed. Can they cancel eval due to this covid-19 ? I am little worried please confirm.

  Hi Abdullah,
  
  The percentage indicates that your application is ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, the Immigration Department is currently not issuing any VALs to students who are outside Malaysia. Your application will be submitted to the Immigration Department once they resume the process of issuing VALs.
