My visa has been updated to 55%, and the EMGs has received my passport. I have bought the ticket at the end of May. I have something important to deal with when I go back to China. I’d like to know if my progress can be updated faster. Which email should I contact to provide my personal information. After I provide my information, can you help me deal with it quickly? If I get to 100%, will you transfer my passport to my location in time? Do you send it by post? I need my passport now

  Hi,
  
  Kindly drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with your full name and passport number. This will enable us to retrieve your application record. Please note that we are unable to provide you with an exact time-frame required to complete the endorsement process, as the time-frame and the approval to issue the Student Pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Once the endorsement process has been completed, we will send a notification to your institution requesting them to collect the passport. The passport will be collected at the EMGS one-stop centre by an authorized representative from your institution.
