Hi I’m ahmed warsame student at elit language centre since march 2019, my passport visa is going to expire on 8th april, i was planning to go back my country before expiration date but due to COVID19 i cannot proceed any because of locked down everything ,even the institutions. I haven’t done Request to cancel my visa to the institution , and as we see the goverment extended days of locked down untill 14 th april. My question is what to do if i overstayed in malaysia because overstaying is a serious offence in malaysian law immigration so I’m worried about what to do on this situation.
