Dear EMGS
My name is nehal mohammed and my passport number is A17791028
I submit my passport in 20 of February to get a special pass and to get after that my student pass
But untill now there is no news and my application is still 80% and still need to supmit my passport
Can you update me with the details

  Hi Nehal.
  
  Your passport with the Special Pass has been ready for collection since the 4th of March. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they assign an authorized representative to collect the passport.
