Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 23rd of January. The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Your application is still within the processing time-frame. Kindly allow the Immigration Department time to process the application.
