Hello Officer,
I have an issue in my application, which is stopped for additional documents in 15% since 22/1/2020. I asked my friend to follow it with the office, and they asked him to send email by me. I did so three times without replying. Could you please enlighten me how and what I can do to address such issue!!!

  I’ve emailed the officers to guide me what the documents are? And how I can get them… but they didn’t reply…
