Hello EMGS officer,
Since my passport has still not been released by Immigration as of today, I have sent a copy of my flight ticket to the same email case number, as per the instructions you had given to me earlier. I would greatly appreciate if you could expedite the process. Thank you.

    Hello officer,
    Yes I received a reply email but it says EMGS will highlight my case to Immigration. I hope they have done it but my passport has still not being released. My conference date is fast approaching and I am really concerned about the delay which has exceeded the usual time limit. Please help me to retrieve my passport as soon as possible. Thanking you in advance.
