Dear EMGS officers. My progress visa has been stuck at 15% yet, my visa should be finish before 7 February. Can you please tell me if there is something wrong with my documents so the process will not take a long time. Because the new semester will be start at early February. Thank you, hope you responds my message as soon as possible. My passport number B4491293

  Your application is currently on hold as the photo submitted does not meet the EMGS requirement. The colour of the background must be pure white as per Photo Guideline No.2. Kindly submit a new photo in order for us to process your application further.
