Hi EMGS my son, s passport no is 9991431 his status is till now 0 percent.. Case was created 8 January 2020. What is the problem.

  Please be informed that the institution is yet to submit your son’s application documents and the payment for the application. Kindly contact the institution and request that they submit the application documents and payment at their earliest convenience. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your son’s application.
