Dear officers,
My passport number DS1981592. Officer Me and my sister transfer the course together first I apply after 2 days my sister apply the emgs didnt require any additional documents from her but why me they are asking alot of documents even she apply after me and get 32% me I am stuck 15%. my application start on 18 Dec but still my percentage is 15%.

  Your application is currently on hold as we require the change of course letter for further verification. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the additional documents at their earliest convenience.

  Dear officer,
  Can I know which supporting letter they need transfer course no have any supporting letter even this thing also the university didnt understand even the university said they notify and email to emgs which supporting letter they need.
