Hi EMGS
My passport number is : DY5198503
My vusa renewal status on emgs show 80% for the past two weeks and soon my old visa is expiring on January 15th.
Im really worried , can you please notify me when my visa will be issued and when my passport will be ready for collection please?

  Hi Aliza,
  
  The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly note that you will not be considered to have overstayed if your current pass expires whilst your passport is with the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
