I there need for personal bond for someone that want to apply for VAL? Pls clarify

Personal Bond is needed by Immigration in order to give the student pass. Once you pay to the Uni, they need to get a Personal Bond form (which is the document that goes to Immigration to show that you’ve paid). If the uni has not prepared the personal Bond or they prepared it incorrectly, then Immigration will not issue a student pass.
In this case, speak to UTM to resolve the problem quickly. (Friday is public holiday so you have only 2 days left this week)
