Hi Ishaq,
There is no specific time-frame for required for the VAL to be issued from the current status. Once we have completed the processing of your application, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. The VAL approval process will take approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

@carguy There is no specific time-frame required to complete the processing of your application. Rest assured that your application status will be updated once the vetting of your documents has been completed.
I had the same issues before but mine took 9 days to get my VAL from 15% but it depends on the immigration department and your documents. If all your documents meet requirements you don’t need to wait for long time
