My course intake will be 28 January and still I did not get my eVal, so am I late ,will I be able to get even though

  We advise that you check with your institution directly if you are unable to arrive in Malaysia before the intake date. Kindly liaise with your institution or the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Malaysia with regard to the NOL. We will process your application further upon receipt of the NOL.
