Hello Emgs officer, pls help me retrieve my application its still shows 35% since 24th December 2019. Passport No: A09505977 I will be glad if you can hasten the process because I’m supposed to be in school by late January 2020 for matriculation! Thanks and best regards

  Osita check it right now, becouse we got same date I got mine, however you can ask you institution?

  The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
