Dear EMGS,
I have applied for eVal since 40 days and it doesn’t issue yet, so i have to be in Malaysia by jan-10 . what will happen if i enter Malaysia as a tourist whithout my eVal and SEV , is that means my application is not valid any more or it can be processed and obtain the eVal while i am in Malaysia?.

  Hi Osama,
  
  Your application was resubmitted to the Immigration Department on the 3rd of January. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Kindly note that you are required to remain in your home country during the processing of your application. The application will be rejected if you enter Malaysia on a Tourist Visa.
