Dear EMGS officers, I am glad to choose Malaysia as my higher studies country. I have applied ACCA on Nov 01, 2019 and paid my VIsa Processing Fee on Nov 08, 2019. My EMGS account has been created on Nov 27, 2019 claiming that my documents and payment is pending for the VAL approval. My application status is yet 0% until the creation date. Dear officers can you advise me what is wrong with my application please so that not to miss on January intake of my institution?
My passport number is (P00886050, Somalia)!!!

  Your institution created your application in our system. However, we are yet to receive application documents and payment. We advise that you liaise with your institution and request that they submit the application documents and payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your application.
