Today is 9th working day from 5th December… still the status is 35%. I have booked a flight ticket on 26/12/19. Please help me .

We are pleased to inform you that your VAL has been approved by the Immigration Department. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
