Dear EMGS Officers,
Hope you are doing well.
Could you please help me to issue my VAL ASAP cause I have to come to Malysia before the end of DECEMBER and I need to book a flight very soon before all seats are taken.
My VAL is stuck on 35% since the 5th of December.
I sent an email with my passport details with case number 1007549

  Hi Bachir,
  
  We are pleased to inform you that your VAL has been approved by the Immigration Department. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
  
  You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
