Dear EMGS, my passport already is 100% , can I go to the immigration to collect the passport by myself or can only the institution (the university)to the passport?
When did you submit your passport?

We completed the processing of your renewal application on the 13th of December. Your institution collected the supporting letter required for the Student Pass endorsement. Kindly follow-up with your institution for further assistance.
