Assalamualaikum,
I have problem with the payment that is EMGS receive RM1,617.39 but it should be RM1.617.40, let me tell you first the story. I have to made payment with debit card BCA (Bank Central Asia) and the teller said we (BCA) can’t to transfer to RM, the solution is from ringgit convert to USD first, then the receiver will get the money with RM. And I say the nominal is RM1,617.40. Directly, teller process the payment. After the payment success, I just ask the proof. I mean this is not my fault and it is not under control of me. Is this less RM0000.01 a problem and I have to pay it off? or nothing? Your answer is very helpful.

  The payment made should tally with the payment quoted for the application. As such, you are required to make the additional payment and submit the proof of payment to your institution. We can only initiate the processing of your application upon receipt of the full payment. Kindly refer to your institution for further assistance.
