I Mohammed Saif Alam holding a passport number S0031348 want to know that when I’ll get my passport back from visa renewal process as my percentage is being stuck on 90% since 24 day’s.

  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. Kindly follow-up with your institution directly for details on the status of your passport.
